Installing our products
When we are out installing your product we would like to ensure you know exactly what we
are doing/ may need:
If we are installing a climbing frame we will be digging holes, using saws, power tools and
would like to ensure no children are around or and in the area and would ask that all
parents/ career’s ensure that this is adhered to.
When installing we will likely be carrying heavy goods, this can occasionally be on a wet
surface cause for foot prints/ marks on your ground and we would try our best to ensure
that this is not the case, but in periods of very poor weather we cannot be held responsible
for this. And will try to ensure that this Is kept in as good a conditional as reasonably
possible.
When we are installing a shed we will be raising this off the ground to insure that air can
flow underneath it, we will do so using treated timber or and bricks/ blocks when/ if
applicable. Ideally shed or and similar large buildings would go onto a hard-core surface.
When installing your climbing frame we will be digging holes where applicable and will have
the tops of grass out (grass sod’s) this will be set aside, we recommend leaving this to dry
and then placing this back ontop. Post concrete will be used, we would recommend that
this is left to set and is not used for 24 hours.
In terms of rubbish/ mess we will insure that we try our best to make sure that this is kept
to a minimum, we will occasionally ask if rubbish can be thrown in your bin, to ensure the
place is left clean and tidy.
Please note that equipment will require routine maintenance; this includes checking for
correctly used equipment, tightening bolts where applicable, cleaning/ raking safety
surfaces. Insuring correct use of equipment and an overall clean environment as well as a
range of other key maintenance requirements. Depending on the amount of use a play area
will get this could be recommended from daily- weekly checks to monthly checks.
