We will contact you, ask you what kind of surface is the unit going on.
For large projects, a mini digger may be required on site to dig the large holes for the steel anchors,as this would take days to dig by hand.
We just arrive in the van, with all necessary tools to build the units.
We Do Not take away any loose material, stones, soil, grass, etc, sometimes this loose material can be put back into the holes, once cement has gone hard. Any left over soil, etc, we can normally wheelbarrow over to a corner of the property.
A local removal company can always remove this soil if requested.
Regarding installing on wet pour surfacing, we can cut away the surfacing and dig down, insert anchors, you will need to get a surfacing company to pour new material, once the concrete has gone hard, we dont remove the old material, the cut offs can go in your bin for recycle
You can pay for the installation also from their website

Playground Equipment Installation – Points of Attention – 2023
When accepting your Hy-land assembly order we assume that the designated space is free of obstacles,
such as stones, trees, roots. The surface of the playground must be flat and non-sloped. If adjustment is
necessary, this will be charged extra. Grass and/or sand are suitable surfaces. Assembly may be
postponed if the surface is temporarily unsuitable to build on eg. too muddy or frozen. In such a case
additional costs may be applicable.
When it comes to a hard surface, there are various options available that meet the specific requirements;
rubber tiles or follow this link for an alternative ground option General Safety Instructions. Our Hy-land
installation team is not responsible for the surface.
Check our website for the minimum space for each Hy-land Climbing frame. In consultation with the
assembly team – and taking the safety aspects into account – you will determine the best place for your
Hy-land Climbing Frame.
Assembly will be according to the original design
The playground will be set in accordance with the Hy-land assembly instructions. If you request the
construction team to build the playground differently, it will be at your own risk.
Hy-land climbing frames are only type approved according to EN 1176, if built according to the
instructions. Modifications may jeopardize warranty claims and the safety of children.
Anchoring is always necessary. Due to uncertain factors, anchoring in concrete of the unit is possible at
an extra cost. Discuss this with the assembly team. Indications of the costs are € 100,- per anchor incl.
Check the delivery carefully in advance (timber, kits, slide, swings seats, ground anchors)
The assembly team will bring all the necessary tools to carry out the assembly as efficiently as possible.
Water and electricity must be available for the assembly team’s use. While the assembly team is working,
do not let children play nearby.
Price extra to supply Concrete, dig out and install the Anchors
4 holes x €100 = €400
If you have access to a local mini-digger,this price would be reduced as saves us time digging by hand
